Scripture and a Snapshot - The Day Is Yours

The day is yours, and yours also the night;
you established the sun and moon.
It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth;
you made both summer and winter.

~Psalm 74:16-17~

  1. A good verse for the day after the time change, when it will get dark earlier in the evening. I really don't like the increasing darkness of winter, but God has made it so. I lean into Him and appreciate the light all the more.

  3. Wonderful Scripture for today, with the time change. I know I am in the minority, but there is something about this time of year which I find comforting and peaceful. The earlier darkness envelops me at night and in being at home, I sense the nearness of the Lord.
