Welcome to another installment of my challenge and reminder to myself to take photos somewhat regularly. I'm not a photographer, but I enjoy taking everyday photos of things I find interesting or want to remember later, and I find that I notice interesting things when I'm intentionally watching for them. Having some prompts that are open to interpretation has helped me pay a little more attention to what's around me. Every two weeks I have a few words and phrases that I'm focusing on, and I try to find opportunities to take pictures of these things each week.

far and/or near - The stage at the Stadium Series was on the opposite end of the ice, so pretty far away, but the hockey game was actually near enough to follow most of it, though we were very glad for the huge screen for seeing replays and other angles.

current season (quarterly) - trees are still bare, and I haven't seen any crocuses or daffodils here. Doesn't mean they haven't come up nearby though!
purple - Well, I was a little surprised and disappointed in myself for not managing to find a good purple subject, but I do have this photo of Aubrey with a purple toy megaphone.

The highlight of the past couple weeks was the Stadium Series hockey game and the fact that we could enjoy it together with Landon and Meaghan and Aubrey.
We went for a walk and let the girls play at the playground.
Anyone else have the "dirty rain" or "dirty snow" do something like this to your car on Friday? Yuck!
This past weekend we went out for lunch and tried a new-to-us barbecue place which was amazing.
