Goodness, it's the end of the day, and I kept forgetting to finish this up and publish for the Flower Hour. Following Terri's lead a bit, I've got some photos from the Home and Garden Show earlier in the year with a patriotic theme. The theme for the Home Show was The Great American Road Trip, and I just loved their vintage road trip floral display.
The theme and a nod to America 250 was featured throughout the show.

Happy Birthday America!
And since tomorrow (July 1st) is Canada's birthday, I've got to include a small floral tribute to my home country as well. These are the Canada 150 tulips developed for Canada's 150th birthday several years ago. I managed to get some bulbs and plant them, and they kept coming up each spring for a few years.
Happy Birthday Canada!
